How to make a bootable USB thumb drive

For a Vista/Server 2008/Windows 7 install usb drive

• format your disk as FAT32
• click start: type 'cmd' enter
• type:
  bootsect /nt60 X:
  (where X is the drive letter of your usb drive).
  Bootsect can be found in the boot folder of the installer disc.
